Vintage womens dress at least over 150 years old

This is from a great great grandma or farther down the blood line. It is a women vintage dress with a very pretty portion around the neck. Then buttons on each side of the front of the dress. I had thought about keeping it but I am hoping someone maybe can put life back into it or do something with it. Comes from a nonsmoking and pet free home. Trying to help pay my dads cancer bills. Prices are negotiable. It does have a belt with it.
