Hi, do these stretch & they appeared to be lined? Also, the last measurement 37" is the overall length & 29" is inseam measurement? Thanks

@itsdeb12 hi there! Yes, that measurement is correct. They are snug, and have a little bit of stretch. But they are not spandex or 4-way stretch leggings. They are not lined, but the white stitch pattern is layered over the beige. They are comfy, but classy :)
