Tibi polka dot wrap dress, size 8

this is an adorable dress but is a reposh because it fits very small. the bust is 32 inches and there is no give. I can't button the top and I have a 34 inch bust. waist is 28 inches with a cute side tie. total length is 30 inches. there was a tear in the lining that I repaired. you can see the repair in the photo. there is no damage to the rest of the dress. It was listed by the original posher as Navy, but it is so dark, it appears black in certain lighting.
