Vintage 90s black cocktail dress

This is a vintage 90s cocktail dress my mom bought but never wore! Even includes the original tags. Very fun and flirty with the sheer black overlay. Bows on shoulder can be tied different ways or tucked inside if not wanted. Fits like a 6/8.
