@mimigolf Both sizes are brand new (with tags and never worn). They both have no rips, stains, loose stitching, etc! All in all, they are both in great condition!

@aklitdar I believe that the tags are marked (with a marker) to designate a price to the items from which this vest was purchased. It is not to mark the item as defective. I hope this helps!
