Brand new with tags still attached. Purchased for my elopement but it is a smidge too big on me, so I need to resell to buy a smaller size. I am typically a dress size 0-2 US and this dress fits closer to a 2-4 US. No stains, rips, smells, or any other flaws. The shoulders have a tacky strip inside to help grip to your shoulders so the dress doesnt slip down. Has been stored in a garment bag in my closet away from animals, however obviously my cat brushed against the bottom when I tried it on for these photos.
