crankymisfit @becky1950 I was just going through some old boxes and came across a gorgeous blue china plate that belonged to my significant other’s great grandmother brought here from “the old country”. I set it down to admire the detail and broke right down the middle. 🤯 I had no idea they could be that fragile. Maybe it was just too old. My mission is to fix it and hopefully it doesn’t look too bad. 😬

becky1950 @crankymisfit That’s terrible. The same thing happened to me last week. I had a very old Gone with the wind lamp. The top had a crack, but couldn’t see it if turned to the wall. Anyway I picked it up to wash and when I set it down, it completely fell apart. I kept the pieces hoping I might fix it, but highly doubt that happening anytime soon! 😅
