@tjlewis324 thank you! Also if it still fits your daughter can I have her hip measurements? We tried this dress on in a size 4 (last one they had) and it was way too big but the hips didn’t have a lot of room or give so I’m worried that a 00 might be too small.

So it looks like it’ll fit 30-33 for the bust. 24-25 waist and about 32 for the hips. What I can do is ship it out on Saturday (I’ll be traveling all day tomorrow)
If it doesn’t fit, I’ll refund full price less shipping

My hips are 36 and I just tried it on. It fits me like a glove (except the bust (I’m 36 D.)) My waist is 25 hips ate 36. It’s long .,, but I’m 5’1”
