Vintage 1960s Puffy Crinoline Maxi Skirt Metallic Floral

Here for your consideration is a nice vintage 1960s maxi puffy crinoline skirt. I believe this is a custom hand made piece as it has the tailors name inside. There is no size, but based on the measurements I would guess around a s/m. The top layer is a silky metallic embroidered polyester and the slip is a netted crinoline. Here are the measurements Waist is approx 31.5" around Length 38". This has a zipper, hooks and a snap at the waist. This is in excellent clean condition and has no holes.
