Bluey Happy Birthday Banner Garland

I purchased this from Etsy last year and it's like new (and no longer available)! This is a paper banner with 3 dimensional embellishments of the Heeler family and friends--it even has a bit of sparkle! Both "Happy" and "Birthday" are strung separately on white grosgrain ribbon and measure approximately 32" each. Perfect accent for ypur Bluey and Bingo party!
