Diane Von Furstenberg silk mini skirt in a bird print with colors blue, green, black olive and turquoise. It has a pull on elastic band, meant to wear lower from the waist and also has a dropped waist with little sections of black velvet with pleated flaps. The lining is like an apple green and the over layer is flounce with ruffle like flair. The bottom has a voile black ruffle trim that has a stiffness to it, making it stand out.
