This cute romper by Urban Outfitters features tie straps, a hidden side zipper, a V shape to the front and back, an elastic waist, and the shorts have a lining. The color is a pretty blue/teal. Some of the photos make it look more blue. Close ups are more accurate. Material is viscose and the lining is rayon.
