Divisional Manager briefcase from Waddel & Reed Financial, cira 1978 - 1985. Outside of the case is black leather, and printed in silver with the company's logo from the late 1970s into the mid 1980s. Exterior: leather. Interior: leatherette. Has key. Mostly great shape, though the corners all feature some cracking and the back has some scuffing. The silver logo imprint features wear but is fully legible.
