Brand new gorgeous thigh high boots by Rialto in a size 8. They are in the box and ready to go. I bought them on sale at Macy's last season and never got around to wearing them. The boots are a faux suede with a cute little Silver Buckle around the ankle they fold down with a faux leather look and are approximately 3 1/2 to 4in High.
