Navy, very blue long flowy shug vest shawl, great with a dress or long top, lace knitted crochet like pattern detail, certain color tops will show through it for nice look. Great layer for summer. Aprox 34" inches long from shoulder. About 34 inches around chest pulled tightly closed, but is meant to be open. 100% polyester. New, no tag. shimmer_grl @1tatergirl If you pull this tight nearly closed its about 34" but its not really meant to close. The length is also about 34" inches from the shoulder.
