Size 20 NWT White Linen over-jacket/coat

New with tags. No buttons. Beautiful embroidery along sides of the opening. . In new condition with a couple of small faults only noticed on close up inspection 1. 2 only unknown origin/type of marks on the back of collar area (see photos) most likely covered by hair in that spot, they may come out? 2. There is a tiny thread protruding at the front which I only noticed on very close up inspection when looking for something. may be an inconsistency in the fabric at manufacturing.
