This is a floral print cotton blend top with a cute off the shoulder sleeves. Sleeves have a ruffled with a ribbon to make a bow, blouse is in excellent preowned condition. A peek a boo closure with a faux pearl button.
Size is labeled F, I measured the top and it seems to be a small.
