Reposhing this item I purchased from @presleyoffgreen. Loved it, but didn't fit me.
Needs someone with longer torso and legs. Size 4P, but doesn't fit like a petite dress. Fitted scuba dress which requires a perfect fit, material does have some stretch to it. Fits more like a 0 or 2 regular. Gorgeous muted blue/periwinkle color.
When laid flat:
38" shoulder to hem
15" pit to pit
13" at waist
15.25" shoulder to waist

@sandradibona, it's 38" from shoulder to hem, 15" pit to pit, 13" at waist when laid flat. The material does have some stretch to it.
