Vintage, circa 1990’s. Elizabeth Williams from Blair brand. Great Preloved condition, there’s a small imperfection on front (pictured) not very noticeable. Tag lists ‘XL,’ and runs oversized. Pictured on women’s size 12/14 for idea of fit, it was loose. Best fit for size 16/18 (see measurements). Scalloped detail at neckline, white blouse is semi-sheer, Cottagecore vibe.
