Star Cutout Dress

Fun dress with star cutouts over nude skirt and top lining. Mid belly area shows skin (see pic where I put blue paper & my hand under to show). Long gold zipper down the back. Has button detail around the top and is missing a black button on the backside. It is unnoticeable and is cosmetic only. (Last pic) Tag says Small but I would say XS. Best estimate Size 2-4 Pit to pit: 16” Waist flat: 13.5” Hips: 16” Waist to bottom: 18”
