Delicate Ruffle Cold Shoulder Maxi Dress

Elegant and enchanting, this shoulder-baring maxi is covered in gorgeous blooms with fluttering sleeves and a layered ruffle skirt. I bought this for an afternoon wedding on a boat in Cabo so was worn for roughly 6 hours. Washed and in perfect condition. It is a plus medium as per size chart.
