Bought from Chasing Fireflies. Washed. The waist is elastic. The neck has Velcro closures. The hat is a little adjustable with Velcro and tying the fabric. The very bottom has a little worn area due to walking — not bad at all. This is a well made costume that I paid over 55 for.

sherryglover @cramecn 20 inches armpit to armpit - 27 inches from shoulder to bottom of shirt. - waist is 16 inches flat it is elastic and can expand - 26 1/2 inches inseam.
