sugarplums36 @beloved20001 Hi! We live in the mountains in CA. I'd say this coat is thick material and its lined but it isn't a ski jacket or parka... for freezing weather I'd definitely wear a sweater underneath.

sugarplums36 @bbdimas The international sizing says their small equals a 16W. I included length and the shoulder to shoulder seam measurement but would be glad to provide any additional measurements you'd like.
