Little girls outfit size 100

New. This didn't come with tags. Size 100 in Chinese. When I looks it up it's 3t in US it seems a little small for a 3t. It seems more like a 2t. See pictures & you can see some fabric not stitched right so other colors are showing. Also posted on other platforms
