Vintage 1960s/50s Shelton Stroller green floral belted midi-length dress with a pleated circle skirt and cuffed sleeves. No size tag but appears to best fit a modern M or L - see measurements below. Last few photos show some discoloration on the belt buckle, some faint staining along the hemline, and a worn out belt loop. Condition is otherwise great for its age!
