Gorgeous Velvety Cowl Scarf

This beauty came from Anthropologie, but I removed the tag and cannot tell you the maker. It's a cowl scarf with a twist. The inside and back outside of the scarf is a soft navy velvety material. The velvety floral design (in silver, red, gold, olive, black) on the front half of the scarf sits atop a sheer navy chiffon-type fabric. See photos for approximate measurements when laid flat.
