Floral vintage sweatshirt style top

I have a soft spot for grandma chic and this is perfect! It’s slightly sheer, I wore a black bralette underneath with dark jeans. The size is very forgiving, please refer to measurements! I would say this could fit anywhere from a small to large. I bought it when I was a medium on top, now I’m a small again and i think it’s too long for my petite frame. It’s in beautiful shape, it was purchased from an estate sale and there’s so much life left! The photos make the reds look a bit brighter than they are in person. There’s shoulder pads and nice pleats down the front with a zipper back. It’s blousey like a rayon but there’s no material tag to know for sure what the fabric is.
