plaid pants bought from urban outfitters

I bought these pants quite a while ago, which is why I'm selling them instead of returning them. I payed the regular price ($80) but unfortunately they are too big in my waist and no longer fit my style/aesthetic. They have never been worn and the tags are still attached. One belt loop is coming unstitched but that's how it was when I bought the pants (would be an easy fix).
