this is a really pretty blue and white tie dye look bathing suit cover up by No Boundaries made of 100% polyester see through and it ties at the waist. this could also be warned if you had a pair of shorts with a little cropped tank top and it could be worn as a very lightweight Duster. it's a size small to medium even looks as though it would fit a large. it's brand new but without the tags excellent condition
