Vintage strapless Betsey Johnson tiered ruffle cocktail party dress

Betsey Jonson Evening collection dress in pristine condition. Like new. Bought in Vegas in 2006? small 8- waist is 28”, bust about 32” with wired cups and a corset style bodice with boning and gold lace overlay. Velvet waist accent, pleated ruffle skirt. So much detail, would be great for prom! I wore it one time to a NYE party and it’s been hanging in my closet since. Technically not vintage (has to be 20 yrs or older). But it’s from OG Betsey when she has her own boutique shops♥️
