NWOT- Brand new, never worn. There is a small hole on the inside of the top of the neckline. It was sent to me that way. It looks like they missed sewing a small portion when making it. If you know how to sew, it should be easily fixable. Other than that, there are no other flaws. I didn’t notice the hole until it was too late to return, so I’ve never worn it. (I have pics showing what I’m talking about) The material is very soft and stretchy and would look great with high rise jeans, shorts or a skirt. Can be dressed up or down.
