rougelips@sassysuzzy It is made in Asia. (just like 65% of the whole world's clothes). However, the sizes are adapted to US sizes. That's why Large fits as 8\10. Again, the size chart is very accurate. If your measurements fall within the range for size L - then it will fit. Plus, it's very stretchy :)
