This blouse is size Large by Dream Girl, but is stretchy enough to fit a larger medium. I absolutely love this top, it’s so cute! I never had a chance to wear it though, so it’s been hanging in my closet for a few years. Condition is brand new, it’s only ever been tried on a few times. The blouse is fitted down to the waist, and then flares out just above the hips into a breezy ruffle effect for a nice slimming look. The fabric is slightly stretchy, and the polka dots are raised from the black background instead of being a flat, printed pattern.
