jena0512@richeymisty8428 Hi! Yeah the dress is absolutely stunning there is no rips or tears in the dress I just wore it in November at my daughters wedding. What pictures would you like? And where would you like me to send them to

jdmelemHi, did you have any alterations done on this?
Sep 15Reply
jena0512
jena0512@jdmelem yes the length & had train taken off I’m 5 4 & wore 2.5 in block heels & shoes did not show.
Sep 15Reply
jdmelem
jdmelem@jena0512 I’m 5’6.5” and my heels would probably be about the same as yours. Do you think it’ll be too short? I tried this dress on last week and fell in love but couldn’t afford it. The other concern is that the dress I tried was an 8, it fit perfectly except the bust was a little big. I’m not sure if I can fit in a 6 or not. Can you tell if there’s any extra fabric in the hips to be let out a little if necessary?

jena0512
jena0512@jdmelem I will check tomorrow when I get out of work and get back to you the dress is stunning. I wore a gray for over my shoulders at my daughter‘s wedding last November.

jena0512
jena0512@jdmelem hi. There is alittle wiggle room. It also has a detached lining. It is not attached to dress. My suggestion is go back back to where you tried it on and see if they have a sz 6. The top was alittle big on me but I have a smaller chest & how it’s cut

jdmelem
jdmelem@jena0512 good morning, I am going to try to find this in a 6 today to try on. Could you possibly measure from the very bottom of the appliqué to the bottom of the hem? I’m most concerned about the length than anything else.
Sep 17Reply
jdmelem
jdmelem@jena0512 the 6 fits perfectly! Just needs a litttle hem…so my only concern is the length if you could measure that when you get a chance please. Thanks!

jena0512
jena0512@jdmelem hi! I am at work now will measure in the morning. You want me to measure from the Appliqué to hem?
Sep 18Reply
jdmelem
jdmelem@jena0512 yes please, I measured from the lowest part of the appliqué on the right side, to the floor at the bridal shop today. Probably not the most scientific way to do it, but I didn’t want to ask for help, and I think that will give me a good idea of whether or not it will be long enough. Thank you!
Sep 18Reply
jena0512
jena0512@jdmelem hi! From the point of the appliqué to the hem is 30
Sep 18Reply
jdmelem
jdmelem@jena0512 Yikes, I was afraid of that. I measured 31.5” to the floor, I’m afraid it would be too short. 🥺 Thank you so much for your time!

oromano52What’s the lowest you will go for this dress? Looks like it’s been up for a while.
Aug 15Reply
jena0512
jena0512@oromano52 300.00. I paid over 600.00. What do you mean it’s been up for awhile? Does that have anything to do with the price? Just asking.

nstruthersIs the dress navy? Have you had any alterations done?
Apr 22Reply
jena0512
jena0512@nstruthers Yes the color is Navy. The only thing I had altered on it was the length it was too long and I had the train cut off. I’m 5’4” I wore a 2 inch heel and at the reception, I wore a little pair of sneakers and you couldn’t even see them. Would you like me to measure it?
Apr 22Reply
jena0512
jena0512@jdmelem all right give me a little bit. I just got home from work. I’m gonna have some dinner and I will measure it for you and I will get it to you as soon as possible. It is beautiful. I wore a gray fur over my shoulders for it.

nstruthers
nstruthersThank you for all of the information! Apologies I somehow missed your response. Was it floor length on you with the 2 inch heels? I’m only 5’2 but may wear a slightly higher heel. If you have a minute, could you please measure from the shoulder to the bottom? Wondering if there are any snags in the fabric- didn’t look like it in the pics and I see from earlier replies that no rips or tears but thought I would ask. Thanks
