This cute skirt was just too small for me. It is so happy and colorful. Comfy and it has POCKETS! Brand new with tags it’s been sitting in the package I received it in for a while. I did not make the return in time hoping to slim down but it’s just too small for waist. So may it receive a new home. Waist: 12-12.5” Length: 34”
