carolsaccountHello. I received the brown sweater and love it. Thank you. I also received another package from you which looks like a navy raincoat. It must have been sent to me by mistake. Please let me know what you would like for me to do with package.

Aug 22Reply

katfil21@carolsaccount oh my gosh! I can’t believe it. I’ve been going crazy looking for this package. I don’t know what I did. I will need it back. It’s for another customer. I appreciate your honesty and I will have to ask poshmark how I go about it. I will want to pay you for your trouble. You can always sell the coat back to me for $10-15 and ship it to me. Let me know. I’m so sorry!

Aug 23Reply

carolsaccount@katfil21 No problem. I have never sold anything on Posh. I only buy. I will return it to you. I will wait few days to see if Posh has process for that. Can you please check?

Aug 23Reply

carolsaccount@katfil21 I could ship straight to your customer if that would help.

Aug 23Reply

katfil21@carolsaccount I inquired to Poshmark and waiting for a reply. This never happened before but I would think shipping it direct to customer would be best. I’ll get back to you! Thank you so much!

Aug 23Reply

katfil21@carolsaccount do you happen to still have the tracking number on the package? I don’t have it

Aug 23Reply

carolsaccount@katfil21 I leave work in about an hour. I will check when I get home.

Aug 23Reply

katfil21@carolsaccount ok. Thank you!

Aug 23Reply

carolsaccount@katfil21 Tracking # 9405 5111 0948 3163 8898 14

Aug 23Reply

katfil21@carolsaccount thank you so much for all your help. If you see anything in my closet I will give you a super deal to cover the cost of your trouble

Aug 24Reply

carolsaccount@katfil21 No trouble at all. I have package ready to ship. I will mail it when I get off work tomorrow afternoon. Glad I could help.
