VERY Good Used Condition! May be some scratches, rubs/slight scuff, folds, creases or areas where the leather has some puffy places. A stain(s) shown in picture. No tears anywhere. @tarawhite10 I think the original owner purchased the bag in 2019. I purchased it in 2020. Just going by my memory. My broker I buy from was bought out by another company in 2021 and so far they can’t find a record of the bag. 😳

@thebougiehanger It was authenticated by Poshmart but because a authencity card that didn’t belong to that purse was with it they sent it back to me. I was quite upset because the purse was authorized by them as authentic but they canceled my sale because of the card not matching. It belonged to another bag and I didn’t know I had mixed them up. This bag does not have an authenticity card. It comes with box & bag.

@shanax3 Something is up with that bag, I just don’t know what it is. None of it makes sense. All colors presented are all different. Tag not matching bag description is a huge red flag. I’m going to report it Spam and Replica so Poshmart can figure it out. Notice my questions I asked initially, she didn’t answer.

@luxkitty88 first of all that closet has been deleted. But go ahead & send an email 2 Poshmart customer support. Include a pic of the purchased bag summary page, it shows buying info, item, price & etc. Tell them u want 2 cancel the order cause u found out the item is a replica. The person actually responded 2 ur question as “yes, it’s authentic”. Also, go 2 ur order page & see if it will let u cancel the order! Do that first! If it won’t cancel send the email!

I’m very sorry! So many people are spending their hard earned money on these counterfeit items. I wish Poshmart had a better system of not even letting these items initially get posted. I send them complaining emails all the time. Their system is not working!

@monicaelliot496 If items you’ve rec’d r n a different condition than shown, don’t “Accept” it.You have 2 send n a ‘problem w/ purchase’ email w/ pics & Poshmart gives you a refund & u send it back.If u have ‘accepted’ it first they won’t help u.Chanel keeps appreciating n value.My bag is n excellent condition other than the hard 2 see scuff on front that I circled & stain inside that I show in a pic.Bottom & sides not scuffed or rubbed.$1k is way 2 low & Poshmart keeps 20% of our agreed price.🌺
