Great 80s piece! Vintage cotton/poly blend skirt by Panther. Back zip and darting at waist for fit. Belt loops with great striped stretchy belt with brass d-rings and end. Slits at front center and back center. Unlined. No flaws that i saw. Shown on S model -sale is skirt only.
