trailwife725 @dlefevre616 This was sold as a diaper bag. So the additional items are a dry bag- in case of wet clothes / accidents / blowouts. A cooler to store bottles of milk / formula. A changing pad - mat that is foldable. An additional bag to store the plethora of supplies it seems to take to manage a little human!! I hope that helps. Happy poshing!
