High low dress from prom girl. size 9 altered to a size 6. navy blue and nude

Front of dress sits above my knees, back of dress sits above the floor for me (i’m 5’3). navy blue lace of nude spandex like fabric from top of the dress and then navy blue tool over navy blue fabric, same and nude fabric) for the bottom portion of dress. has booby pads and you can’t take them out. comment if you have questions
