slsmithey Hi Marie! I received my purchases yesterday. Thanks for getting them out so fast, I love them all. But, the size 8 in these sandals are too loose. I usually wear a 7.5 in Bed Stu, but I have broken my ankle recently & thought an 8 would be better. If you still have the 7.5, may I exchange them? The 8 slips on my feet way too much. Thanks

slsmithey @2blabs no, haven’t worn them. Only tried them on and that was on carpet. You will have to inform me on how you handle exchanges. The box and your address left with the garbage pick up this morning. I have a pair of this same style in an 8, but they’re probably a good 1/4 of an inch shorter and smaller in the ankle. These seem to be mismarked.

2blabs @slsmithey I don’t think they are mismatked. Just some style fit differently. I haven’t had any complaints. I don’t do exchanges really but in this case I can do it as long as you haven’t worn them and you still have the original shoebox. I just need to double check and see if I have the size 7.5. You have to pay for the return shipping and the shipping of the new pair. Hope that works.

slsmithey @2blabs I guess first we see if you have a 7.5 because I surely can’t wear these. If you need proof that I didn’t wear these, I will send you photos. The tag is still on them, the box and also the paper in the toe of the shoe is as sent to me. All I did was remove them from the box, and as soon as I slipped them on, I knew they were too large. I’m certainly not trying to be difficult, but would love these sandals in my size.

whereami13 Hi. What does from Sundance mean? 🫣 I ask because I have the regular version of this shoe in a 6.5 and the footbed is exactly 9”. Does this Sundance element sort of make it a different style shoe with different sizing?

2blabs @whereami13 Sundance is a store. It also had its own brand. But in the case that Sundance is selling other brands the measurements should be the same.
