EUC Express floral mini dress

Beautiful mini dress from express. Pale blue with white and black flowers. I am 5”3 and it hits just above knees. Very flattering shape. In excellent used condition. Side zip with adjustable cami straps. Straps can be removed to make it strapless. Perfect for a warm weather wedding, would look great with a white blazer! Open to offers!
