80’s Vintage Blue Floral Dress Women’s size 11/12

This lovely light cornflower blue dress has a subtle white floral print. Not sure of the brand as only the care tag remains. Has pleated and double breasted button top with dropped shoulders and pockets! Additional pleats in the back of the slightly below knee-length skirt.
