Chic early 70s HUEY WALTZER for MANNEQUIN red and white heart and flower print pique cotton sleeveless maxi dress! Features lipstick red and white throughout on a soft thick cotton. Red lacquer mock buttons up the front of the skirt. Full metal zipper up the back with hook-and-eye closure. Fully lined. Can easily be dressed up or down. Perfect with sandals, flats or wedges for day, and heels for evening. Very well made in USA. Vintage Red/White Flower The Huey Waltzer for Mannequin label was produced in the early 1970s. The line was mainly dresses in the popular maxi length. Waltzer later did a line for Saks Fifth Avenue and in the 1980s and into the 1990s designed a label called “En Francais by Huey Waltzer.”
