Yellow cotton maxi dress (XS)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @rowdyshopping. Lovely, soft shade of yellow, nice light material for warm weather. I did notice a couple of tiny, dark specks on the back of the dress. I tried spot-cleaning them, but failed to remove them. I'll post photos of the specks after work. I'm open to considering your offer! I’m happy to answer any questions.
