1990s Vintage Floral Mini Dress, Size Small, Black, Pink, and White

90's florals at their best! This floral mini dress is a loose fit and sooooo cute. Three little rosettes sit on the front to add just a little extra something. This would be the cutest with a pair of Doc Martins or Birkenstoks. Great for year round as it could also be easily worn with leggings and a jacket for a cooler weather look. There is a small stain on the front of the dress (as photographed) that is hardly noticeable. Aside from the imperfection this dress is in great vintage condition.
