@presidentiall Armpit to Armpit is approx 15.5 inches across. (39cm)
Shoulder to shoulder is approx 18 inches across. (46cm)
I wear a 42L in USA sizes and it fit me perfectly. However I lost about 45lbs due to Chrons disease and now the jacket hangs on me instead of having a tapered look.
