I’m usually a 6 in this brand as well so I’m sure the 4 will fit me perfectly, but with the shirt it’s an 8 and I know you said velvet runs big, I would need the shirt bigger it for the length but not the width do you think it would be baggy in the waist area I’m usually a medium In other clothing
