This fantastic, skull and roses dress is great for all occasions. It has cap sleeves with a slit, showing off your shoulders, and is a true retro look. It is in excellent condition. 100% Poly (sheen fabric). Very lightweight and very comfortable. Figure flattering. I cannot say enough good things about this dress.
