A very elegant, classic navy blue sleeveless sheath dress with white piping on neck and arms, with a matching belt, fully lined. Audrey Hepburn style. Perfect for professional or business dress. Dress is in great condition. Wrinkle resistant fabric. No odors, tears, rips. A small bit of fading and smudges on the skirt, could be spot cleaned or dry cleaned.
